Return Policy

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services, digital products, and managed hosting provided by Mahmoud Abas (@mmabas77). By purchasing any service or product, you agree to these terms.

2. Custom Development Services

Milestone-Based Payment

All custom development projects are structured around milestones. Payment is made per milestone upon delivery and approval.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable
  • If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, work completed to date is non-refundable
  • Remaining unused milestone payments will be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee
  • A written cancellation notice of 15 business days is required
  • All project assets and code for completed milestones are transferred to the client

3. Digital Products (SaaS)

Digital products such as Scribble are delivered electronically and activated immediately upon purchase.

Refund Terms

  • 7-day refund window from date of purchase, only if the product has not been activated or used
  • Once the product is activated or accessed, no refund will be issued
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email with your order details
  • Processing time for approved refunds: 7-14 business days

4. Managed VPS Hosting

Hosting services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

Cancellation & Refunds

  • 30-day written notice required for cancellation
  • Pro-rated refund issued for unused full months remaining in the billing period
  • No refund for the current billing month
  • Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
  • Domain transfers will be facilitated upon request

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your full name and order/invoice number
  • The service or product you are requesting a refund for
  • Reason for the refund request

6. General Terms

  • All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • This policy may be updated at any time; the latest version is always available on this page
  • Disputes will be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt
